COVID-19 Update

Hi there.

We’re delighted that you’re considering an Aparium hotel for your stay, and we want you to know that we are dedicated to ensuring our hotels are stellar examples of cleanliness, safety and intuitive hospitality.

We adhere to the latest guidance from the world’s leading health experts and government authorities, including the World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control. Additional efforts to our exacting approach to food handling, sanitation, disinfection and cleaning have been put in place to ensure the health and safety of our guests.

Read more about procedures we’ve implemented to ensure the safest and healthiest experience for you and our associates. At Aparium hotels, we know that when you travel, you entrust us with your wellbeing. We take this responsibility seriously. As we welcome you back, things may look a little different. We’ve made the following changes to ensure your stay is so fresh, so clean.

So Fresh. So Clean.

We are devoted to providing everyone who walks through our doors with a safe and comfortable environment, compliant with the latest local, state and federal guidelines. We will continue to evolve our process as we stay focused on the health and safety of our guests and associates.

When you are in our public spaces, you’ll notice the most robust of cleaning efforts are in full effect. For the past eighteen months, we’ve stepped up our game to ensure surfaces are disinfected with increased frequency. Unless requested, we have suspended daily housekeeping services during the extent of your stay, but we’re happy to provide a change of sheets, extra towels, toiletries, anything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Single-use, individual toiletries including hand sanitizer are available both in the room and upon request from our front desk, compliments of the hotel.

Mask Up.

Consistent with guidance from the CDC, fully vaccinated guests and associates will not be required to wear face coverings or social distance unless local law suggests otherwise. Unvaccinated guests and associates should continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing while in our public spaces. As new variants of the virus spread, we kindly ask you to be on the lookout for communications in the form of posted signs or social cues that would suggest whether or not a face covering is required. We intend to follow local, state and federal guidelines, and we ask our guests to do so as well. Let’s work together to provide the safest environment for one another, guests and associates alike.

Thank you.

From all of us here at Aparium, we sincerely thank you for taking extra steps to make your visit to our hotels a safe, healthy and happy one.
